The client

One of the largest professional services firms in the world, employing over 200,000 people.

 

The challenge

Following the recruitment of a Lead Partner for one of their technology practices they had an immediate need to recruit a significant number of consultants from Manager to Partner level, as well as better understand their competitor’s talent capability and their brand perception.

 

The solution

Using primary and secondary research we identified and engaged talent across 6 of their competitor businesses. We worked with our client’s internal talent acquisition function to support and inform immediate and future recruitment needs. We provided our client with an insight report highlighting trends in the talent market, perceptions of their brand and insight into their competitors. 

The results

Our research resulted in 12 immediate recruits and a pipeline of talent which enabled the growth of the practice and informed our client’s talent strategy.
