The client

A global market leader, keen to understand the global senior talent market for SAP HANA S/4 to inform their decisions around the build of an internal function.


The challenge

To understand which organisations of a similar enterprise scale had implemented SAP HANA S/4, which at the time was relatively new to the market, who leaded these internal functions and what the global talent footprint looked like.


The solution

We conducted global research to identify organisations that had implemented SAP HANA S/4 before using phone research to better understand how this was supported (internal v technology partner) and if internal who the key individuals were. Through these conversations we were able to understand the global footprint of their team and internal capability.


The results

The information we provided informed our clients talent strategy for the development of their own internal function.
