Breakfast seminar: Mind the Gender Pay Gap
New requirements for gender pay reporting mean that organisations with over 250 employees will need to publish certain prescribed data on their gender pay gap in April 2018.
For the employers affected by the new regulations, the new requirements will mean greater transparency and scrutiny in an area traditionally shrouded in secrecy. This, in turn, increases the likelihood of internal grievances being raised and, potentially, legal action being brought against employers.
