We are looking for Data Gatherers / Data Administrators to join an existing PPI complaints project in Central Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 'Big 4' run project and be part of a dynamic financial services operation. In this role, you will have the chance to advance your experience and develop new skills where your contribution will be paramount to the success of the project.
As a Data Gatherer you will work on multiple cases at one time along with working towards targets based on your productivity and quality, so it's really important that you're able to prioritise your workload accordingly, whilst having a great attention to detail.
Start Date: 17th February 2020
End Date:Until 31st March 2020
Working Pattern: Weekends- Thursday 6pm - 6am and Saturday & Sunday 7am-7pm (£183.00 per shift)
Please note the first 2 weeks will be a training period, conducted on a day shift (Monday - Friday professional working hours)
Essential Skills and Experience
To be considered for these opportunities you will have;
- Any experience of working within an administrative role would be ideal, but we may be able to consider graduates with limited work experience who can demonstrate aptitude for the role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Target driven, any experience of working to targets would be useful
- Previous experience of using multiple computer systems/packages including MS Office
Please Note - as this role will be working in Financial Services, if you are successful you will be subject to strict background screening including a full credit report, criminal background check and referencing including gaps in employment.
