BrightPool are working with a 'Big 4 Consultancy' to source a highly experienced Operational Manager. This is a small Commercial Banking remediation project which requires a great depth of operational leadership experience.
You will have experience and gravitas allowing you to head up an existing team, manage conflicting priorities and act as a central client contact throughout the project lifecycle. The core purpose of the operation is to undertake customer contact exercises, manage customer responses, handle customer calls and manage cases through to payment.
Enabling the successful completion of work to budget and within the required timeframe will be of paramount importance. Close attention to detail is expected be paid to individual agent quality and performance in addition to ensuring programme SLAs are met.

Rate: £400-£450 per day (dependant upon experience)
