    As an Admin Assistant - Onboarding, you will sit within the central Onboarding Team and will be responsible for part of the recruitment process.

    Responsible for things such as:

    • Verifying new starters
    • Auditing vetting packs
    • Sending out offer letters / contracts to direct hires
    • Liaising with third party vetting companies for direct hires
    • Loading new starters to the system

    Essential skills:

    • Previous admin experience
    • Able to work independently as well as part of team
    • Working in pressurised environment and must meet SLAs/deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
    • MS Office experience including Word, Outlook, Excel required

    Start - ASAP

    Duration - 6 months

    Location - Crawley

    Hours - Monday to Friday - professional working day

    Rate - £120 per day
