We're currently seeking a number of experienced Complaint Handlers to work for a financial service company.
Your role will involve data gathering, investigating complaints before making a judgment based decision and writing to the customer.
To be considered for this role you will have;
A minimum of 12 months experience as a Complaint Handler within Financial Services
Experience of the full investigation process
Experience of creating letters to customers providing rationale for your decision
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience of working towards targets for both productivity and quality
The role will be based in Bury St Edmunds with roles starting on 16/07 and 23/07. The initial contract will be for 3 months but there is a good chance of extension.
You will be required to undergo a thorough background screening process which will include a Credit Check.

Rate - £170.00 per day
