    Junior Case Handlers - Birmingham

    Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation is looking for Junior Case Handlers to scope customer complaints within general banking.

    The role will involve:

    • Scoping the complaint to identify the issues and liaise with the customer as required;
    • Confirm the customers identity and eligibility to claim;
    • Telephony & 3rd Party Requests - follow the customer contact strategy to answer any outstanding questions relating to verification or eligibility, identify the 3rd parties associated with the products in the complaint and initiate the requests;
    • Duplicate checks - search for and identify any duplicate complaints.

    The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with 2:1 or above with the ability to work under pressure in a Customer Complaint environment along with:

    • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal;
    • Ability to assess complex complaints and resolve quickly and accurately;
    • Possess excellent telephony skills and able to deal with customers over the telephone;
    • Ability to confidently take ownership of customer contact;
    • Excellent analytical skills and good attention to detail;
    • To liaise and negotiate with external bodies;
    • Ability to work collaboratively with other areas of the business to investigate individual complaints and improve customer experience

    Start Date: Regular intake dates from 9th July
