    PPI Case Handlers - Northampton

    We are currently pipelining for Case Handlers to join a PPI project in Northampton.

    The role will involve:

    • End-to-end case review and investigation of PPI claims;
    • Ensuring quality and productivity targets are met on a weekly basis;
    • Processing a large number of customer complaints;

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 6 months experience within a Case Handling position;
    • Experience within end-to-end case review;
    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal;
    • Ability to manage their own workload effectively

    Intakes: From mid January 2019

    Rate: £150 per day(Monday - Friday, days)
