Naomi has over 22 years of experience in recruitment, gained across agency, consultancy MSP and RPO. She has practised in a variety of sectors, including financial services, insurance, biotech and pharmaceutical.
Following her graduation Naomi worked for a training provider generating work placements for a variety of jobseekers. In 1997 she joined a national agency working across both temporary and permanent teams. Naomi’s hard work was quickly recognized and as one of the agencies’ top performers, she was assigned a corporate account role. She gained valuable experience managing several national accounts across aerospace, engineering and utilities.
In 2005 she joined a consultancy specialising in the management of outsourced project hiring. This role included all elements of the recruitment lifecycle from campaign management, assessment and selection to successful candidate onboarding.
Enjoying spending time client side, in 2007 Naomi joined a North American RPO managing a global account for a CRO. During this time, she built teams across Europe, the America’s and Asia pacific, supporting exempt and non-exempt hires. Travelling across client sites throughout the UK, USA and Europe she gained invaluable experience in the strategic design of outsourced recruitment models and managing remote delivery teams supporting permanent hiring.
In 2010 Naomi joined another outsourcing provider based in the UK to manage both contingent and permanent hiring for a large insurance organisation. Leading a team of programme managers and heads of client services, she was responsible for all elements of the account P&L and budget. Acting as a fully embedded member of the client team her outsource delivery team won several nationally recognised recruitment awards.
Enjoying the variety of clients and opportunities that the world of recruitment process outsourcing affords her, she has continued to cultivate her career in this space, in SLT roles including global delivery solutions for enterprise accounts in financial services.
She joined BrightPool last year to supplement the team as we look to diversify and build out our service offering and drive operational excellence.
