Jayne graduated with a degree in International Business with languages in 1994 and fell into the world of recruitment with the Hobsons graduate training scheme which paved the way for a 9 year career in careers education publishing and recruitment.
Jayne’s passion for all things early careers continued upon joining ThirtyThree .Jayne set-up the graduate communications division supporting clients such as PwC, Npower and AstraZeneca with their integrated graduate marketing strategies.
In 2007 Jayne was approached to set up a new stand-alone student recruitment service offering as part of the TMP Worldwide business. Despite the severity of the 2008 crash, the TMP Graduate Solutions business grew from strength-to-strength .TMP went on to win numerous awards for creativity and innovation in both apprentice and graduate recruitment for clients as diverse as the Civil Service, Lloyds Banking Group, KPMG and Linklaters.
Jayne joined BrightPool in 2017 to take the business on the next stage of the BrightPool journey in agile resourcing. She enjoys working with clients as a trusted partner providing solutions across the total talent landscape.
