Jayne joined BrightPool as Managing Director to support the business to exploit our wealth of knowledge and expertise in volume resourcing (both contract and perm), talent insight and talent acquisition to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
Prior to joining BrightPool, Jayne has worked in the entry level talent attraction, assessment and resourcing space for over 20 years.
Jayne began her career in 1994 working for a leading educational publisher where her passion for student marketing and attraction began. After spending five years building a Graduate Communications practice for a boutique recruitment marketing agency, Jayne moved to the market leading RecComms agency to build their entry level talent business from a standing start. As Business Director, Jayne ran a team of strategic consultants and an operational team to deliver attraction, selection and recruitment solutions for a wide range of clients from Professional Services and Public Sector to Banking and Retail.
Jayne has a customer centric approach to business and is always looking for new and innovative ways to help our BrightPool clients in solving their resourcing challenges.
