Single assignment fee structure

Our contractors are charged out on a daily rate basis. Permanent placements are charged at 25% of base salary.

Volume recruitment exercises

Brightpool specialises is providing multi-disciplined teams. A discounted pricing structure is available to clients with volume requirements who enter into a preferred supplier agreement with us.

Our terms and conditions are available on request. We offer a highly professional, transparent service to our clients. All clients and candidates agree to a set of terms and conditions prior to engagement that sets out the agreed fees, expectations and payment terms.
