Brightpool Connect allows our clients to manage the contractors performance against agreed goals, communicate with their sector specialist consultant and contractor, and manage the payment process.

The Brightpool Connect system allows two sets of goals to be established. The first set of goals are assignment specific and are set up by the Brightpool Consultant, after consultation with the client and contractor. These goals have a scale set against them that can be adjusted by the contractor as the assignment progresses to show their level of achievement. Here is an example of a set of goals and perceived progress by the contractor on assignment.

The second set of goals are general goals that measure the contractors performance against industry standard expectations. Achievement against these goals are assessed by the client at the end of the assignment and go towards a general performance rating for the candidate. Here is an example of the general goals.

The Brightpool Connect system includes a discussion board that allows a three way communication in a secure environment between the client, contractor and the Brightpool consultant. When discussion are started or are in progress the Brightpool Connect system notifies you via your normal email system.

When on assignment contractors are asked to complete a weekly timesheet that confirms their hours of work. Once completed, our clients are then notified via email that there are outstanding time sheets to be checked and confirmed. By clicking a box in the Brightpool Connect dashboard the time sheets are then approved so that we can make payments for the time worked. If you have any issues with the time sheet then your Brightpool consultant will resolve the matter.
