BrightPool’s service begins with our investment in building a client relationship and continues long after the placement of candidates. We help our clients manage large teams of contractors by providing them with direct access to a tracking system that assesses the progress of our contractors against our clients’ pre-agreed goals.

  • Access to candidates through our membership database.
  • Dedicated in-house research facilities, which provide additional support when searching for unique solutions.

How do we screen and select candidates?

  • Our dedicated consultants take personal responsibility for screening candidates and assessing their potential fit.
  • We provide psychometric testing on request; we use Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis (PPA).
  • All our candidates are referenced by contacting their previous employers.
  • We also provide criminal reference checks, identity checks and occupational health assessments.
