Important information for Clients engaging BrightPool for contract assignments.

Once you have engaged BrightPool for a contract assignment, you are given access to a bespoke Connect dashboard through which the entire process can be quickly and simply managed. This Client dashboard contains the following important information:

Placements.

This section of the Client dashboard shows you how many contractors you have on assignment through BrightPool. By clicking on their names, you can skip between the dashboards relating to each. Underneath gives you the history and status of each work schedule they have submitted to you for approval.

Discussions.

The discussions box is a three-way communication portal that automatically sends emails between you, the Candidate and your BrightPool consultant. It's a quick and easy way of getting everyone involved in the conversation.

Work Schedule.

Candidates are required to complete and submit their work schedules on a weekly basis, to be submitted for Client approval at the end of their working week. Once this has been requested, you will receive an email alerting you with a link to your dashboard and work schedules, which you can either accept or reject.

Latest Activity.

Every change to an assignment - from an updated goal or an approved timesheet - is recorded in the activity box. You can opt in or out of receiving an email alert for each new addition by ticking and updating the assignment alerts circle beneath the activity feed.

Performance.

This is arguably the most important area of your Client dashboard; the pre-agreed objectives of the contract assignment that your BrightPool Candidate will have completed by the end.

Each goal description is listed underneath the progress graphs, with a progress rating out of ten that the Candidate currently feels they are at. Above the list is a graph for each that runs progress in the vertical y-axis against week number on the horizontal x-axis.

So a completed assignment should have bars running from bottom left to top right. You add more objectives by clicking the button beneath the list - useful if an assignment changes direction mid-flight.
