The BrightPool App; a recruitment first.

BrightPool are proud to announce the launch of the BrightPool App - a bespoke application for all mobile smartphones, designed and built specifically for BrightPool candidates, clients and consultants.

The BrightPool App - or one similar to it - is available from no other recruitment company.

The BrightPool App is an essential tool for every single BrightPool client, allowing you to interact with our company whilst on the move. At the touch of a button you can see the details of each BrightPool candidate you have on assignment with you, their start and end dates, and previously approved work schedules. Most importantly, you can view a candidate's progress (as a score out of ten) against the pre-determined assignment goals you arranged with us at the beginning of their placement.

How to download the BrightPool App.

The BrightPool App can be downloaded to your smart phone by visiting www.brightpool.co.uk/m in your web browser and adding the address to you home screen.

How to use the BrightPool App.

Once you have successfully downloaded the BrightPool App to your smartphone, please take just a few minutes to familiarise yourself with its functions.

The App contains two main areas; details of each BrightPool candidate you have on assignment and our latest news and blogs. You can read a brief overview of both by scrolling through the image slideshow to the right. Doing so will ensure you get the most out of the BrightPool App.

  • Homescreen

    This is the landing page of the App, with four options available. Simply click on the required bar to enter your chosen area.

  • One-time login

    Tick the client bar and enter the email and password that you were given in your BrightPool assignment activation email. Press the green login bar beneath once this is done – you will now always remain logged into the App.

  • Client Dashboard

    Once logged in you will see your name in the bar with the blue circle in it, and beneath that a bar for every BrightPool candidate (with their job title next to their name) you have on assignment.

  • Candidate details

    By clicking on a Candidate’s name, you can see start and end dates in the details section of their profile.

  • Assignment Goals

    By clicking Goals, you can see the pre-agreed assignment objectives you set with us at the start of the placement. These can be added to using the same login details on the BrightPool website.

  • Previous schedules

    This area lets you choose a week whose approved time schedules to wish to view.

  • Work schedule details

    Once you’ve clicked on a work schedule, you can see which mornings and afternoons of that week were approved to have been worked.

  • Latest news and blogs

    A list of our latest news and blogs in chronological order, with the most recent at the top. Please join the debate - we encourage you to add your comments.

  • Blog

    The blogs are contained fully within the App and easy to read.

  • Add app to homescreen

    Save BrightPool to your smartphone by following these instructions.
