Candidate profile and status updates.

BrightPool Connect gives contract candidates the opportunity to continually update their profile page; from their expertise and unique propositions to their day rate and availability.

It includes an area where CVs can be uploaded as well as any amends to contact details.

Pooling all this information, Connect is then able to display how complete a profile is in order for a candidate to maximise their chances of future employment through BrightPool.

Crucially, Connect lets a candidate determine their current employment status; whether they are available, unavailable or soon to finish. This information allows BrightPool to only contact those candidates who are able to discuss roles and allows us to minimise the duration of the selection process for clients.
