BrightPool Connect allows clients to manage the progress and performance of employees against agreed goals.

 

The BrightPool Connect system allows two sets of goals to be established.

The first set of goals are assignment specific and are set up by the BrightPool Consultant, after consultation with the employer and the candidate.

These goals have a scale set against them that can be adjusted as the assignment progresses to show the level of achievement.

Here is an example of a set of goals and perceived progress by the candidate on assignment.

BrightPool Connect gives clients the unique ability to leave feedback and score a contractor's performance at the end of an assignment.

 

Not only does the BrightPool Connect system allow clients to leave bespoke feedback at the end of a contractor's assignment - feedback that will stay on their candidate profile - it also contains a scoring system across five separate criteria.

This scoring system allows BrightPool to only recommend those contractors that excel on assignment time and again, and of course provides ample motivation during their employment to operate at 100% efficiency.

Listed below are the five scoring criteria that a contractor will be marked against at the end of an assignment.
