As part of our drive to deliver an outstanding service we have developed a unique online service and smartphone application called BrightPool Connect.

BrightPool Connect manages the performance of each person we place against agreed goals and timescales. It makes us different from other recruitment companies as it ensures that we genuinely deliver every time.

BrightPool Connect is a global first in recruitment technology and isn't available from any other recruitment company.

It gives clients unprecedented insight into an employee's performance and progress, and the ability to give feedback at the end of an assignment - in the form of several scoring criteria and a bespoke reference box.

Connect gives candidates the ability to manage their progress against agreed goals, communicate with their sector specialist consultant and employer, and manage their time sheets and payment schedule. It also shows a contractor their latest activity - from timesheet approvals to progress updates.
