Communication is essential to ensuring that a contract assignment is successfully completed - and requires equal and frequent input from a client, candidate and BrightPool Consultant.

The BrightPool Connect system includes a discussion area where a candidate, client and BrightPool Consultant can ask questions of each other and exchange views - all in a completely secure environment.

A discussion started by any of the three parties will always be brought to the attention of the other relevant participants - as will any additions to ones that are in progress - as the BrightPool Connect system notifies each member by email to their initially agreed email address.

In this way, BrightPool Connect ensures that each contract assignment is successfully brought to a mutually agreed conclusion.
