Business Analyst

Our client is a large insurance organisation based in the South East. A Business Analyst is required to support a project which will produce a more agile business environment. The key deliverable involves assisting the business in defining new ways of working through the design and development of new and existing processes and procedures. Responsibilities will include working closely with subject matter experts in order to define business requirements, mapping current and future processes and making recommendations for change. There is a heavy stakeholder management element to this role and key contacts include Directors and Heads of departments as well as senior finance professionals.
