Our client is a large financial services organisation based in West Yorkshire. This role is required to support the MI production from the Customer Relations Integration team. You will act as a key point of contact within the team for all data / forecasting / categorisation / MI queries. You will also support the Complaints categorisation work steam to ensure that data is fed back in to the data model for future forecasting.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced MI Data Analyst with experience in planning and forecasting modeling. You will have extensive experience of using MS Access and Excel. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with relevant business teams. Ideally candidates will have financial services experience.
