Our client is a large financial services organisation based in Bristol. This role is required to measure customer experience via a research programme focusing on customer insight data. You will work closely with other business units to implement, report on and identify key improvement areas through various research projects. You will build strong working relationships with the relevant key business areas and will convey complex information in an understandable format to your relevant audience.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced researcher who is able to demonstrate experience of working on large scale research projects. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have managed the full end to end research process within numerous projects. Candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of building key working relationships with relevant business units. Candidates must have financial services experience.
