Our client is a large insurer based in the South. A Business Analyst is required to assist with the delivery of a contact centre programme for this leading insurer. You will be required to redesign workflow processes within contact centres. In addition, you will conduct workshops with business users and stakeholders in order to identify current business processes and work with the Programme Manager to embed the new processes into the Target Operating Model.
Candidates will be expereinced Business Analysts with significant expsure to contact centres. A thorough understanding of workflow processes within a contact centre environment is essential. Candidates from a financial services background would be preferred, particulalry insurance.
