Our client is a large financial services organisation based in London. This role is required to support the balance sheet MS Access databases relating to new business. You will provide ad-hoc analysis and monthly reporting to HM Treasury and in addition you will support migration to an SQL based environment. You will act as a database administrator, maintaining a suite of MS databases including modifying reports at users requests and creating user profiles.
The ideal candidate will be an Advanced user of MS Access including the use of visual basic. You will have excellent SQL skills with the ability to edit existing queries, modules and tables. You will also be an advanced user of MS Excel to macro level. You will be able to demonstrate confident communication skills and will have experience of managing stakeholders. Candidates must have financial services experience.
