Financial Accountant

Our client is a large financial services organisation based in London. This role is required to support the Leasing Finance Manager within the Structured Corporate Finance team. You will be responsible for financial reporting on a portfolio of limited companies as well as the preparation and review of the statutory accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP. You also will liaise with auditors and coordinate the supply of information and responses to audit queries.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP. You will have previous experience of working to strict financial reporting deadlines. Candidates will have excellent communication skills and previous experience of liaising with auditors. You will be able to demonstrate strong IT skills including the use of MS Excel and Word. Candidates must have financial services experience.
