Our client is a large financial services organisation based in West Yorkshire. This role is required to work with the Programme Manager and Workstream Leads to identify communications requirements relating to the Resourcing Change Programme. You will be required to build a communications plan and manage the delivery of communications in line with the HR Change Strategy. You will work with the divisional communications team to ensure messages are delivered appropriately and to measure the effectiveness of the programme.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing change communications in a programme/project driven environment. You will have excellent written/verbal communication skills as well as high level planning and organisation skills. You will also have previous experience of influencing and managing stakeholders. Candidates must have financial services experience.
