Working with integrity and being sensitive to others and the environment in which we operate is incredibly important to everyone at Brightpool. We actively encourage our people to volunteer their support to charitable activities and, as a company we are a founder member of the Guild of Patrons of St Michaels’ Hospice, Harrogate.

Brightpool’s MD, Doug Baird is a business mentor with the Prince’s Trust, which provides crucial support to young entrepreneurs during their early stages in business.

All our consultants are committed to the part they must play to help protect the environment. This is an on-going challenge and source of operational innovation at Brightpool. We have installed the latest communications technology to dramatically cut travel and use public transport or shared journeys wherever possible. We continue to explore opportunities for technology to improve our service efficiency and lower our carbon footprint, we operate a ‘paperless office’, provide recycling for all our waste products and are actively streamlining our operations wherever possible.
