At BrightPool we are focused on the needs of our clients and candidates. However, we recognise that as an ethical business we must operate with care and integrity to meet our broader responsibilities.

BrightPool has developed a strong relationship with Saint Michael's Hospice in Harrogate and was one of the founding members of the Guild of Patrons. Saint Michael's Hospice provides a wonderful respite and final care facility for those who are less fortunate than ourselves and are suffering from a terminal illness. As well as Saint Michael’s Hospice, we actively encourage our colleagues to involve themselves in volunteering their time and money to charitable activities. Together we have raised money for good causes and regularly give our clients and candidates an opportunity to contribute through donations. BrightPool uses video conferencing to reduce our carbon footprint and only uses public transport when travel between our offices in the north and south of England is absolutely necessary. We are also moving towards a 'paperless office' to minimise consumption of natural resources.
